The Campus Ambassadors Program (CAP) will be a platform for students, professors, student council who wants to be a part of one of the largest international IT Security Conference of India by connecting with new people and the corporate organization. Responsibilities: These are the work roles which are expected to be done by the student / team.
Online Task
- Social Media likes/Follow: -Help in increasing Facebook likes, Instagram followers and spread the event online on every social media platform
- Information circulation via WhatsApp
- Getting students registered through online portal/bookmyshow by providing them links
- Regular follow-up with students who are interested in the conference
- Information circulation via E-mail
- Information circulation to your own Facebook timeline
- Idea generation for promotion
Offline Task
- Branding at various place in college (notice board, entrance or other places)
- Class to class promotions would be better
- Organising Competitions and special events
- Fest Activity
